Terms of Service

• If you request me for a commission, you hereby agree to my terms of service.

• Do not copy, trace, or steal my art with the intent to sabotage my work and fame.

• Commissions are paid through paypal invoice. I will send you an invoice for your commission. I will not start on your commission until payment has been confirmed.

• The time for me to work on commissions vary. I will notify you within 2-4 days if I suspect it may take longer for me to complete your commission.

• Work in progress of your commission is available upon request.

• Commissioned work is for non-commercial use only. If you'd like to commission me for commercial work, please email me.

• There are NO REFUNDS. I will only refund you if I am unable to complete your commission and the amount will be repaid in full.

• I allow a partial payment of 50% upfront at the start of your commission request. You must pay in full to receive your commission.

• You may use my art for non-profitable reasons. Please provide credit to me.

• You may repost my art on social media. However, please provide credit to me.

• I have the right to use your commission for my personal use. This excludes for commercial commissions.

• Commission prices are subject to change.

• I may take legal action that I see fit if my terms of service is violated.

• I have the right to deny you of my service if you do not comply to these rules or if you behave inappropriately during communication.
